Graduating from The College of Design Construction & Planning at Univ. of Florida's School of Architecture, she completed an intensive architecture foundation before specializing in interiors. She excelled at illustration, earning a 1st Place Award from the State of Florida for her beautiful hand renderings. Architecture informs her work via strong ergonomics, programming, and rigorous design development.
Monica worked for Top 10 & Top 50 firms before striking out on her own. She supervised talented teams through all phases of design while working on large commercial projects upwards of 500,000 s.f.
